Bottle Art Guidelines

Digital Art - Art submitted on Apple Macintosh compatible removable media (computer disks) preferred. PC Files - Call us for correct specification/file conversion sheet. Removable Media Formats - 1.4mb floppy, 100mg Zip disks, & CDR recordable discs. All media will be returned at customers request. Illustration Programs - Adobe Illustrator & Aldus Freehand Page Layout Programs - Adobe InDesign & Quark Xpress Image Manipulation Programs - Adobe Photoshop Note: If you do not see the software program you use listed, please call us. Save As - All files from paint, 3D & screen shot programs should be saved as a 3OOdpi Adobe Photoshop .eps file. Minimum Resolution - For best results all files should be 300 dpi. Fonts - We maintain licensed copies of most fonts, however, we do require you to include all screen & printer fonts on the disk you supply just in case. Placed Files - Include a copy of all placed files. 3OOdpi CYMK files preferred Trapping - Do not add trapping to your files. Reflective Art - Camera ready art to size must be submitted with order. Do not send art or film created for lithographic process (Printing on paper). Hard Copy Proofs: - Send 100% size color proofs if possible, Proofs must match electronic files. We cannot be held responsible for the integrity or accuracy of the film without a hard copy proof. Maximum Ink Colors - Imprint up to 8 ink colors - plus 4-Color Process. Color Matching - All standard PMS colors, swatches, & product colors matched as closely as possible. Final trim size is 3 15/32" x 8.875" • Half Lenticular - 4.625" W 3.5" H Bottle Printing - Select the Classic 28, Classic Twister 26 or SuperTwister T30 as your Lenticutar platform, and you can print your message and or logo on the neck of the bottle adding to the overall impact of your message. Custom Lenticular Art Submissions:     • Picture Flip - Send two or three pictures or illustrations the same size.     • Zoom - Send I picture for same image zoom, or multiple images (5 maximum) for "animated" zoom. We       will determine actual size of each image. You should indicate which image should be the starting point       (smallest) and which is the end (largest).     • Spiral - Furnish us with still photos from a motor driven camera, or in this case a short video recording.       The factory will isolate 5 images and use them for the animation sequence.     • 3D Photographs - Make a color copy of the photo and indicate on the copy which layer is which. The       factory will scan and separate the photo for you and send you a proof.     • 3D Illustrations - Create your Illustration in Adobe's Illustrator or Photoshop and divide it into the 4 - 5       layers of your choosing. Indicate which layer is which. Be sure each layer is a complete layer... rear       images need to overlap the ones above them as the completed image shifts as you view the finished       product.
