Install Instruction 1. Remove wheel from bicycle. 2. Deflate tire. 3. Lift one side of tire off rim. 4. Remove inner tube. 5. Insert STOP Flats or STOP Flats2 Tire Liner all around the inside of the tire - overlapping     the ends of the liner (DO NOT TRIM). 6. Put the tube back into the tire. Tire liner should be between the tire and tube. 7. Replace tire on the rim (for easier installation, use Quik-StikTM tire changer) and inflate.      Note: STOP Flats2 recommends Professional Dealer installation
